More than 130 Vietnamese businesses go to the US to attend investment conference

The SelectUSA Investment Summit 2025 takes place from May 11-14 (local time) at National Harbor, Maryland.

The Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Finance Cao Anh Tuan consists of more than 130 members representing businesses in many industries and fields such as information technology, telecommunications, energy, industrial production, agriculture, environment, interior design, tourism services... attending to seek and further enhance new investment activities, expand investment, and commit to creating jobs for the American people.

The delegation is also expected to have meetings with a number of US organizations, banks and businesses: the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the US Export-Import Bank (US Ex-Im Bank), Intel Corporation, Meta Corporation... to promote economic - investment - trade cooperation in the spirit of harmonizing interests and mutual benefit.

SelectUSA is a U.S. Government initiative led by the Department of Commerce that focuses on facilitating the business environment to promote investment in the United States.

This is a prestigious event, held annually, bringing together businesses from around the world, economic development agencies (EDOs), leading experts and stakeholders to discuss the US investment environment, industry trends, new investment opportunities...

SelectUSA has assisted thousands of clients, including EDOs, domestic and international companies, facilitating more than $270 billion in investment, supporting more than 240,000 jobs across the United States and its territories.

In 2024, the 10th SelectUSA took place in National Harbor, Maryland and was the largest conference ever with over 5,000 delegates from 96 economies around the world and 56 US states and territories in attendance.

The Vietnamese delegation with more than 70 members is the 5th largest business delegation participating in SelectUSA 2024.
