More than 200 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children had a dialogue with FPT leaders

At The Earth Hall, F-Ville 3, more than 200 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children had a practical dialogue with the leaders of FPT Corporation. The delegation was also joined by comrade Le Hai Long, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Union's Youth Affairs Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council. Welcoming the delegation, on FPT's side, there were Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - member of the FPT Founding Council, Mr. Chu Quang Huy - FPT Human Resources Director, Ms. Pham Ngoc Anh - Chief of Office of FPT Corporation, along with leaders and staff of FPT Software and Education.

More than 200 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children had a meaningful and practical direct dialogue.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien shared with the Uncle Ho's Good Children - representatives of millions of team members and students across the country - the necessary skills and qualities of the young generation of Vietnam in the context of digital integration. According to him, to become a global citizen, each young person needs to be proficient in English, develop independent thinking, critical thinking skills and the ability to master technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI). He also emphasized the role of FPT in nurturing and developing high-quality young human resources for the country in the new era.

Before the delegation, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien pointed out the requirements to become a global citizen in the digital age, the era of national growth.

Following the representative of FPT Group was comrade Le Hai Long - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Affairs Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers. He hoped that in the coming time, the Central Council of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers and FPT Group will have many programs to coordinate and accompany each other to improve digital capacity, develop creative thinking, and life skills for children; create an environment for children to develop comprehensively, and step firmly into the new era.

The program ended in a lively and warm atmosphere with a direct exchange with FPT Group leaders, Mr. Chu Quang Huy and Ms. Pham Ngoc Anh. In response to the question of delegate Nguyen Thuy Tien from Quang Tri , "What preparations are needed to confidently enter the digital age and integrate internationally in the era of national development?", Mr. Chu Quang Huy shared some things that students need to understand and learn. These are the ability to communicate and use English; digital thinking and artificial intelligence (AI) thinking, to use AI as a working tool; and finally, always remember that you are Vietnamese, to be more confident, as well as maintain the identity of the Vietnamese people when becoming a global citizen.

During the exchange, FPT Group leaders brought profound and practical experiences to the delegates of Uncle Ho's good children.

Not only did the visit and exchange meet, the delegation's program at FPT truly became a strong source of inspiration, igniting in the delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children the belief, will to study and aspiration to contribute. The children brought with them useful stories and lessons to continue to strive, practice, and be ready to become global citizens, contributing to building a strong, integrated and developed Vietnam.
