On November 14, Tax Department 1 coordinated with relevant units to deploy mobile support at Tan Long market (Quang Trieu ward) and Chua Hang market (Linh Son ward).

At support points, taxpayers are directly guided on the following contents: electronic tax declaration, use of eTax Mobile application, creation and use of electronic invoices, and many procedures related to the conversion to declaration method.

Thereby, over 500 business households were directly supported in this period; at the same time, the accompanying force received and answered more than 30 opinions related to tax operations, electronic procedures and issues arising during model conversion.

Mobile support activities are a practical solution, contributing to speeding up the implementation of the 60-day peak target, while creating favorable conditions for business households to gradually adapt to more modern, transparent and effective tax management methods.
