More than 97 thousand candidates registered for the second round of capacity assessment exam

(DN) - According to the Center for Testing and Assessment of Training Quality of Ho Chi Minh City National University (VNU-HCM), after 21 days of opening the registration portal (from April 17 to May 7), more than 97,000 candidates have registered to take the second round of the 2025 Competency Assessment Test (CAP). The number of candidates this time has more than doubled compared to the same round of the 2024 exam.

According to the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment, candidates will have to complete the payment of exam fees by the end of today, May 8. The second round of the National High School Graduation Exam will be held on June 1 in 11 provinces and cities including: Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Tien Giang, An Giang and Ho Chi Minh City.

The results of the second round of exams are expected to be announced on June 16. If candidates take both rounds of exams, the higher result will be used for admission consideration.

Previously, VNU-HCM announced the results of the first round of the National High School Examination. In this round, the average score of candidates was 618.4 points, with 142 candidates scoring over 1,000 points.

Up to now, 111educational institutions have registered to use the results of the National High School Graduation Exam organized by VNU-HCM for admission.
