According to preliminary results, the whole city had 51,834 voters from 155 villages and residential areas participating in voting at polling stations, reaching a rate of more than 97.4%. Of which, Hoang Hoa Tham, Bac An, Co Thanh communes and Pha Lai ward had the highest number of voters in the city, reaching 100%. Implementing the model of unifying the position of Party cell secretary and village and residential area chief, 100% of the personnel recommended for the election of village and residential area chief are Party members. The simultaneous election of village and residential area chiefs throughout the city aims to create a direct, widespread, unified democratic movement for voters to exercise their right to mastery and actively go to the polls. This is the second time that Chi Linh City has organized simultaneous elections of village and residential area chiefs throughout the city.

On the morning of July 22, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City will announce the election results of village and residential area chiefs for the 2024-2026 term.
