
According to the decision, the organizational structure of Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio - Television Station includes: Editorial Board (Editor-in-Chief and 4 Deputy Editors-in-Chief) and 7 affiliated functional departments.
The conference also announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work. Journalist Ngo Minh Toan, Editor -in-Chief of Ca Mau Newspaper, holds the position of Deputy Editor -in- Chief in charge of managing the Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station until the completion of the merger of the two provinces of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu .

The Standing Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee also appointed journalist Pham Thanh Phong, Director of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station; journalist Ho Tan Loc, Deputy Director of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station; journalist Nguyen Nam Phong, Deputy Editor -in-Chief of Ca Mau Newspaper and journalist Nguyen Quoc Danh, Deputy Editor -in-Chief of Ca Mau Newspaper, to hold the positions of Deputy Editor -in- Chief of Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio and Television Station.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Ho Trung Viet emphasized that when merging Ca Mau Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, the unit's tasks will be greater.
Therefore, there must be a new working method, a new approach, towards building a multimedia communication unit, in line with modern journalism trends.
Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Ho Trung Viet also hopes that the collective of Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio - Television Station will enhance the spirit of solidarity and harmony for mutual development. The unit's leadership will soon stabilize the organization, so that the apparatus can operate smoothly, continuing to improve the quality and efficiency of Ca Mau press activities.
