Provincial People's Committee members meeting April 2025 (4th time)

Chair the meeting.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee discussed, commented on and approved a number of important mechanisms and policies in the province, such as: Submission of the draft Resolution on Regulations on the authority to decide on the liquidation of planted forests owned by the entire people in Ben Tre province; Submission of the draft Resolution on regulations on revenues, collection levels and management mechanisms for revenues and expenditures for services serving and supportingeducational activities other than tuition fees of public educational institutions in Ben Tre province; Submission of the draft Decision on regulations on criteria for investment projects in the construction of commercial housing in urban areas of type IV and type V in Ben Tre province, reserving a part of residential land in the project for the construction of social housing; Submission of the decision on authorizing investment decisions for investment projects in construction of group C works with a total investment of no more than 20 billion VND, using public investment capital under the investment decision authority of the Chairman of the Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee; Report on the draft Decision regulating traffic conditions for fire fighting vehicles to perform tasks at places with multi-storey houses and many individual apartments in Ben Tre province...

Regarding the Submission on the approval of the 2025 Housing Development Plan in Ben Tre province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam requested the Department of Construction to review the number of houses to be deployed in 2025 to be close to reality and ensure implementation in 2025 when the plan is issued.

Regarding the Proposal on the proposal for a traffic connection plan for the Provincial General Hospital Road Project to National Highway 60, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to propose a connection plan using a circular road under Ham Luong Bridge and part of D14 and N12 roads to ensure investment progress, taking advantage of available infrastructure to invest in connecting roads to the hospital in sync with the completion time of the Provincial General Hospital (phase 1) and putting it into use.
