Accordingly, there are more than 70 applications for short-term land lease for 16 plots of land belonging to the public land fund managed by the City Land Fund Development Center (4 plots of land have applications for lease registration).
After opening and public review, the City Land Fund Development Center has selected organizations and individuals with valid records to register to rent 16 land plots with the highest land rental prices to build parking lots and parking lots combined with warehouse facilities.
Of which, Gia Vu Green Tree Company Limited leased 4 plots of land, Ha Thanh Real Estate Management Service Joint Stock Company leased 3 plots of land, Mr. Huynh Cong Duc leased 2 plots. Hoa Lam Container Company Limited, Vung An Group Joint Stock Company, Duc Long Logistics Company Limited and Mr. Pham Thi Thuy, Le Viet Cuong, Do Hong Phong, Tran Thanh leased the remaining 7 plots of land.

The total registered rental fee for the 16 above-mentioned land plots is 12,832 billion VND/year, 5.4 billion VND/year higher than the starting price.
In the near future, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center will continue to open and review applications for short-term leases of 10 land plots in the city.
