Meeting of the Subcommittee of Documents of the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030

On the morning of June 6, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Subcommittee on Documents for the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Attending and chairing the meeting were Party Central Committee members: Ha Thi Nga, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang Province; Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.

The theme of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term is expected to be "Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland and the strength of great solidarity; enhancing the leadership capacity of the Party; joining hands and being determined to successfully achieve the goal of becoming a fairly developed province with a high average income in the midland and mountainous region of the North by 2030; firmly stepping forward with the whole country in the era of national development".

The general goal in the new period of the province is to continue building a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects, promoting democracy and the strength of great solidarity among ethnic groups.

Mobilize and effectively use resources; focus on developing synchronous, modern and connected socio-economic infrastructure.

Promote the development of science, technology, innovation, creativity, digital transformation, green transformation, energy transformation, circular economy, administrative reform, and strongly improve the investment and business environment.

Promote private economic development. Improve the quality of cultural and social fields, human resources quality; develop culture and people. Ensure national defense and security; promote foreign affairs activities.

The Subcommittee of Documents for the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, also agreed on the time to organize party congresses at all levels. Specifically: Congresses of party cells under grassroots party committees, party cells under party committees, and party committees of departments, the organization time shall not exceed 1 day.

For party cells under the Party Committees of communes and wards, completion must be made before August 15, 2025. For party cells under the grassroots Party Committees (not communes and wards) in places where consolidation and merger are carried out, completion must be made before August 31, 2025.

Congresses of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee shall be held for no more than 2 days. Congresses of Party Committees of communes and wards shall be completed before August 31, 2025. Congresses of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee (after reorganization) shall be completed before September 30, 2025; The Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term shall be held for no more than 3 days and shall be completed before October 31, 2025.

At the meeting, delegates discussed, focused on evaluating and contributing opinions on 3 draft reports: Political report of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee (after the merger of the 2 provinces) to submit to the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Report of the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee (before the merger of the 2 provinces) and Report of the Executive Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee (before the merger of the 2 provinces) on the synthesis of the situation and results of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building and the political system of the 2 provinces, term 2020-2025.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the development and completion of draft reports to be submitted to the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term must be carried out seriously, meticulously and scientifically, ensuring the right progress.

He requested that the Document Subcommittee seriously and fully absorb the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of the delegates at the meeting to complete the draft reports before June 30, 2025.

Comrade Hau A Lenh also requested that the process of building the political report must thoroughly grasp the major viewpoints and policies stated in the Central Committee's Directives and Resolutions.

The document must be concise, highly feasible, and concretized into clear programs and action plans for each stage and time, in accordance with the development requirements and practical conditions of the province after the merger. In particular, the goals, directions, and solutions set out must be associated with promoting the potential and advantages of the locality, promoting regional linkages, contributing to the rapid, sustainable development of Tuyen Quang, and steady progress with the whole country in the new era of national development.
