The Co Tu Cultural Festival is part of the Project on Building a policy to support the preservation and promotion of the culture of the Co Tu ethnic group in Da Nang city for the period 2022-2030.

This festival aims to preserve the good cultural values of the Co Tu people from the risk of fading and being lost due to socio-economic changes and the process of exchange and integration; to perform some cultural and artistic quintessence, and at the same time to launch creative emulation, to preserve the unique cultural values of the Co Tu community in the whole district.
