Vietnam Airlines supports free flight date and itinerary changes for passengers with departure or destination points Tuy Hoa, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang until November 25, 2025. Support period is until November 30, 2025.
For connecting flights or domestic flights returning to Vietnam, Vietnam Airlines supports changing to flights until December 10, 2025. Passengers pay the price difference, taxes, and fees (if any).
Passengers contact Vietnam Airlines via Customer Service Center 1900 1100, ticket office, or ticket issuing agent for advice and support.
Vietjet will also change flight times for free or refund without charge according to ticket conditions for passengers whose flights departing from airports affected by floods at Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa and Cam Ranh airports must adjust their flight plans.
Accordingly, flights departing from Phu Cat airport from November 19 to November 23, 2025; flights departing from Cam Ranh airport from November 20 to November 23, 2025; flights departing from Tuy Hoa airport from November 20 to November 25, 2025 will be supported by the airline with ticket policies.
Vietjet passengers can contact Hotline 1900 1886, official ticket offices or airline representatives at Cam Ranh, Tuy Hoa, and Phu Cat airports for support.
Bamboo Airways also supports passengers to change flight dates or change to new itineraries from November 21, 2025 to November 30, 2025. Accordingly, there are no restrictions, no change fees, only the price difference and taxes (if any) will be collected.
In case the ticket has subsequent flights or the return date is a domestic flight, passengers can change their booking to flights until December 10, 2025. Support is applied according to seat availability.
