Instructions for commenting on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Constitution on VNeID

At the first meeting of the Committee for Drafting Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the 2013 Constitution, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the Committee, directed the implementation of collecting public opinions on the full text of the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. To serve the collection of public opinions via the application, the new update of VNeID on the phone has added this utility.

Accordingly, people can make comments to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Constitution on VNeID through the following steps:

Step 1 : People log in to the VNeID application.

Step 2 : People access the "Utility to collect public opinions on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment on the VNeID application".

Step 3 : People choose to read the Draft amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

According to the Ministry of Public Security , when using the VNeID application, all classes of people can participate in contributing opinions and building legal documents of the State; quickly access the Party's policies, guidelines and major decisions.

For State agencies, ensure publicity and transparency in participating in the development of State legal documents; support management agencies to shorten the time for collecting public opinions and synthesizing opinions; provide data for leaders and specialized agencies to have an additional channel to effectively grasp public opinion, serving the work of management, direction, and implementation of Resolutions and major policies of the Party.

The implementation of organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application takes place from May 6, 2025 to May 29, 2025.

In addition to VNeID, individuals can contribute opinions to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Constitution on the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal or send written opinions to agencies responsible for synthesizing public opinions.
