Attending at the An Giang provincial bridge were leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province; leaders of the administrative - archives department; clerical and archival staff of provincial and district-level agencies and organizations.

At the conference, delegates were informed of Official Dispatch 64-CV/TW, dated April 10, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on archiving and managing documents and document databases in the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system and local administrative units. At the same time, they listened to the implementation of a number of instructions on archiving, managing and digitizing documents in the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system in the locality, such as: Instructions on some contents of implementing Official Dispatch 64/VC-TW, contents on digitizing documents when reorganizing administrative units; instructions on amending and supplementing a number of points of Instruction 40-HD/VPTW, dated November 7, 2018 on digitizing documents at Party agencies, organizations, socio-political organizations, etc.

The conference also focused on discussing solutions, directions, and key tasks that need to be focused on in the coming time. Thereby, helping to process, arrange, and preserve old documents scientifically, avoiding loss and damage, ensuring the legality and historical value of the documents.
