Although there are still some problems, in general, job creation in Huong Tra has achieved many positive results.

In 2024, Huong Tra provided vocational training for 230 workers, created new jobs for 1,048 workers, and sent 134 workers to work abroad under contract.

In the first 3 months of 2025 alone, vocational training was provided for 41 workers, new jobs were created for 427 workers, and 22 workers went to work abroad under contract, mainly in the Japanese market.

The Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center has contacted a number of local businesses to understand their recruitment needs in order to introduce jobs after training for workers participating in vocational training courses. To date, about 70% of students have jobs after vocational training.

Mr. Tran Cong Phu - Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee assessed that the work of job creation and sending workers to work abroad under contracts has achieved many positive results in recent times. Thereby, helping workers increase their income, stabilize their lives, and contribute to the effective implementation of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the area.

In order to continue to remove shortcomings and limitations, Mr. Tran Cong Phu suggested that departments further promote the role of the governing body and labor and employment management agency; regularly coordinate, meet and work with businesses, grasp labor needs; focus on connecting with businesses, expanding labor markets such as Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.; proactively synthesize and report quarterly and monthly implementation results to have timely solutions.

On the local side, there must be a monitoring plan, a firm grasp of the local labor situation, a classification of laborers by village and group, and proactive "ordering" to state management agencies on job training for poor households, near-poor households, and households whose land has been recovered...

“It is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of coordinating agencies and socio -political organizations in grasping the labor situation and propaganda work, thereby highlighting the benefits of working abroad under contracts. Management units must forecast the labor and employment development trends of their industry to accompany businesses; Vocational Training Center - Continuing Education Center takes advantage of National Target Programs to coordinate vocational training; establish cooperative groups among youth, in associations and unions in the spirit of "Start-up, innovation, creativity". In the immediate future, it is necessary to organize well the job exchange floor of Huong Tra Town in 2025", emphasized the Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee.
