Hundreds of people mobilized to fix Vinh River dike problem
On the morning of October 1, a leak occurred at the Vinh River dike in Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province. Afterwards, a section of the dike was eroded, water overflowed, breaking the road and bridge, creating a 20m wide stream, threatening the lives of thousands of nearby households.
