Hai Ha district visited, encouraged and gave support money to the family of the drowning victim.

On May 22, the working delegation of Hai Ha district led by comrade Nguyen Kim Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Ha District Party Committee, together with leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the District People's Committee, and a number of agencies and units visited, encouraged, shared and presented support money to relatives of the victims of the drowning accident on May 21, 2025.

Leaders of Hai Ha district visited, encouraged and presented support from the province and district to the family of the drowning victim.

Previously, at around 4:45 p.m. on May 21, a group of 7 young people and students went swimming at Hai An Dam in Quang Thanh Commune. At the time they were swimming, it was not raining and the water was shallow, but the flood came suddenly and swept them away. Authorities and local people were able to rescue 3 of them. On the evening of May 21, authorities found the bodies of 2 of them and are actively searching for 2 other missing people.

Visiting, encouraging and sharing with the families of the drowning victims, the leaders of Hai Ha district kindly asked about and expressed condolences to the victims' families. In order to share and promptly support the difficulties and losses, Hai Ha district supported each family of the drowning victims with 20 million VND/victim and supported 3 million VND for the 3 victims who escaped and are currently being treated at the Hai Ha District Medical Center.

Quang Ninh province also supported each family of drowning victims with 25 million VND. This is a source of encouragement, concern and sharing from all levels and sectors, hoping that the families will soon overcome the pain of loss.
