Lac Thuy District: Over 300 workers received job consultation and introduction

On May 21, the Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with the People's Committee of Lac Thuy district to organize a mobile job fair. The program had the participation of 10 domestic and international labor recruitment enterprises, attracting more than 300 workers from communes and towns in the district.

At the session, businesses directly introduced and advised workers on recruitment needs, especially focusing on foreign labor markets such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Russia, etc. with many industries such as agriculture , electronics, mechanics, food processing, nursing, nursing, garment, construction. In addition, the Provincial Employment Service Center also disseminated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies on job creation, vocational training and the program of sending workers to work abroad for a limited period of time.

The job fair is a practical bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to solving local employment needs, promoting socio -economic development, sustainable poverty reduction and improving the quality of life. Workers are consulted, have access to information, and choose jobs that suit their abilities and aspirations. Businesses also have the opportunity to directly meet, interview and recruit staff. Thereby contributing to opening up new opportunities for rural workers in Lac Thuy district to access the international labor market.
