Recently, Soc Son district has directed to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws and knowledge on fire prevention and fighting and rescue on the commune's loudspeaker system, cultural and religious establishments, and places where festivals and large gatherings of people take place.

The police of communes shall organize guidance and urge 100% of owners of establishments and households of multi-storey houses, multi-apartment houses, and individual houses combined with production and business that have not implemented fire prevention solutions under their management authority to stop operations until they are remedied according to the city's instructions; at the same time, coordinate with functional forces at the grassroots level to review and guide 100% of owners of establishments at high risk of fire and explosion causing serious human damage to strengthen fire prevention and fighting measures.

During the peak period, the District People's Committee requested communes and towns to step up propaganda, disseminate knowledge, and train people; mobilize households to open a second escape route, ensure that each household is equipped with at least 1 fire extinguisher, build and maintain a fire safety model suitable for the area and build a model of the mass movement to participate in fire prevention, fighting, and rescue in the area.
