The Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of Thang Binh and Hiep Duc districts to continue to urgently complete all documents and procedures for appraisal, approval and implementation of compensation, support and resettlement plans according to regulations for the remaining households in the area (Thang Binh district: 142 households; Hiep Duc district: 35 households).
In particular, it is necessary to pay special attention to thoroughly handling cases within the scope of the railway overpass area; resolutely and promptly enforce cases of procrastination and non-compliance with land recovery, compensation and support decisions, and complete all site clearance work before June 20, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee requested Quang Nam Electricity Company to proactively coordinate with the locality, Project Management Board 4 (investor) and related units to urgently organize inspection, review and relocate the power system within the scope of influence of the above project managed by the unit, ensuring the handover of the site on schedule, serving the construction of the project according to plan.
It is recommended that Project Management Board 4 continue to actively coordinate closely with units and localities in implementing compensation and site clearance for the remaining area; organize site reception, and at the same time direct construction contractors to focus on mobilizing human resources and equipment, speeding up construction progress for items and sections that have ensured site conditions.
It is known that up to now, the project site through Thang Binh district has been handed over 15.3/17.4km (87.93%); of which more than 6.2km/3 sections have been paved with asphalt concrete, 5.4km is enough for full surface construction, the remaining more than 3.6km/13 sections cannot be fully constructed.
In Hiep Duc, up to now, the site has been handed over for more than 28.6/30.2km (reaching 95%); of which, a section of 1.2km in Binh Lam commune has been handed over but cannot be constructed due to lack of access road. Phuoc Son has handed over the entire 23.7km of site through the district.
