Y Yen district has a new chairman

At the meeting, the People's Council of Y Yen district carried out the procedure to dismiss Mr. Hoang Anh Duc from the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Council.

Immediately afterwards, the District People's Council carried out the process of electing Mr. Hoang Anh Duc as Chairman of the District People's Committee.

A few days earlier, Mr. Hoang Anh Duc was elected by the Party Executive Committee of district Y Yen to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee.

Mr. Hoang Anh Duc gave a speech accepting his duties after being elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of district Y Yen.

The process of electing a new Chairman of the District People's Committee was carried out by the People's Council of Y Yen district after Mr. Nguyen Sinh Tien, Chairman of the District People's Committee, was transferred and appointed by his superiors as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nam Dinh province.

Mr. Hoang Anh Duc, 50 years old, from Phu Hung commune, district of Y Yen; has a bachelor's degree in law, master's degree in journalism; has held many positions in the political system in district of Y Yen such as Secretary of the District Youth Union, Chief of the District Party Committee Office, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council.

The collective leadership of district Y Yen congratulated the new Chairman of the People's Committee.

Ý Yên district is located in the west of Nam Định province, with the Day river (the other side is Ninh Bình province), and the Cầu Giẽ-Ninh Bình expressway flowing through it; there are many famous craft villages such as Tong Xa bronze casting, La Xuyên fine art wood, and Cat Đằng grinding... Recently, after the reorganization, Ý Yên district has 22 communes and 1 town.
