This is the second consecutive year that Imexpharm has been recognized in this prestigious ranking, affirming the company's continuous efforts in building an ideal working environment where every member can develop comprehensively, stay committed long-term, and work happily.

The Best Workplace in Vietnam is a prestigious workplace ranking organized annually by Anphabe, under the patronage of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and verified by Intage Vietnam market research company.

The survey recorded objective assessments from over 65,000 workers nationwide, evaluating more than 700 businesses across 18 industry sectors. This is complemented by the "Leap Forward in the Times" report, based on in-depth interviews with 253 CEOs and HR directors, updating the latest trends and practices in talent, human resources, and the workplace in Vietnam.

According to a survey conducted by Anphabe specifically in the pharmaceutical industry from May to August 2024, with the participation of 1,612 people, Imexpharm proudly ranked first in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment/Healthcare sector for medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the company also ranked 25th in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for medium-sized enterprises, an increase of 29 places compared to 2023.

Specifically, Imexpharm's Employer Brand Attractiveness Index reached 12.6%, higher than the industry average of 109%. Imexpharm's employer brand awareness in the pharmaceutical industry reached 85.2%, exceeding the industry average of 81.5%. The percentage of candidates considering working at Imexpharm reached 8.3%, compared to the industry average of 5.5%. Notably, the percentage of talented individuals willing to apply for positions at Imexpharm was 129% higher than the industry average. This is a proud achievement for Imexpharm's leadership and staff amidst the many challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry.

Despite signs of a slowdown in the pharmaceutical industry during the first nine months of 2024, Imexpharm still recorded favorable growth results. Specifically, revenue reached VND 1,553 billion, a 12% increase compared to the same period last year, while pre-tax profit (PTP) and EBITDA reached VND 252 billion and VND 334 billion respectively.

Thanks to continuous efforts, Imexpharm is proud to have been awarded many prestigious awards, including the Vietnamese Pharmaceutical Star title from the Ministry of Health, Top 50 Best Listed Companies selected by Forbes Vietnam Magazine, and positions in the Top 50 Most Efficient Companies in Vietnam and Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.
