Indonesia welcomed 11.43 million international tourists in 9 months

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) said on November 3 that the country welcomed 11.43 million international tourists in the first nine months of 2025, up 10.22% over the same period last year.

In September alone, 1.39 million foreign tourists entered Indonesia, up 9.04% over the same period last year.

"The highest number of foreign tourists came in September from Malaysia, Australia and Singapore," said BPS Deputy Director General of Distribution and Services Statistics.

According to BPS, Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport remains the busiest tourist arrival point.
