According to the Decision, in the context that the whole country is focusing on and resolutely implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology (S&T), innovation (I&T) and national digital transformation (DCT), to promote the combined strength of the entire political system, the active participation of enterprises, research institutes, universities and people in promoting innovation activities to serve socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, improve the quality of people's lives, and perform assigned functions and tasks, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) requests that agencies pay attention to, direct and organize activities to respond to and celebrate the World Day of Creativity and Innovation 2025.
The contents that need to be implemented to respond to World Creativity and Innovation Day 2025 include: Propagating and popularizing the purpose and meaning of World Creativity and Innovation Day; creative communication, popularizing the spirit of innovation.
Disseminate and thoroughly understand throughout society the Party and State's breakthrough policies and guidelines on the development of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the spirit of "contract 10" of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; new methods in managing science and technology and digital transformation activities; new approaches to science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; key tasks and strategies that need to be implemented to make breakthroughs in the development of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation in the new period...
Organize and launch practical and meaningful activities and methods to implement innovation in each individual's work, the tasks of agencies, organizations, production, business and service activities of enterprises and the whole society; help increase productivity, labor efficiency, develop the socio-economy, and improve the quality of life. Build an innovation culture, creative spaces in all fields, associated with digital transformation.
The time to organize activities in response to World Creativity and Innovation Day 2025 starts from April 15-26, 2025, connecting with activities to celebrate World Intellectual Property Day April 26, Vietnam Science and Technology Day May 18.
