According to information from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hue City, this unique idea is a combination of the passion of Venerable Thich Huyen Dieu and artisan Bao Tri.
The flag is made up of 6,300 small flags, with an area of nearly 500 m². The flag has 5 main colors (yellow, white, red, blue, orange) symbolizing purity, wisdom, compassion, peace , and diligence in Buddhism, blending together, spreading a peaceful and joyful atmosphere.
After 7 days of hard work, the giant Buddhist flag structure impressively appeared on the green lawn on the north bank of the Perfume River, creating a solemn and brilliant scene.
