Plan for the thematic exhibition "Ha Nam through history" - "Quintessence of Ha Nam antiques" and "100 years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism"

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just developed a plan to organize the thematic exhibition "Ha Nam through history" and "Quintessence of Ha Nam antiques" to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term and the 135th anniversary of the founding of Ha Nam province; coordinate with the Ha Nam Journalists Association to organize the thematic exhibition "100 years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025)", "Imprints of Ha Nam Journalism in the process of construction and development" on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Journalists Association (April 21, 1950 - April 21, 2025).

I. PURPOSE, REQUIREMENTS

1. Purpose

- Continue to implement the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws on building and developing Ha Nam culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development; Welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress of the Party, celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of the establishment of Ha Nam province.

- Displaying, introducing and introducing to the public 08 artifacts, groups of artifacts: Vu Ban bronze drum, 06 Kim Cuong statues of Doi Son pagoda and Dieu pagoda stone bell which have been recognized as national treasures by the Prime Minister in the 13th phase in Decision No. 1712/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2024; at the same time introducing typical documents and artifacts about the history and culture of Ha Nam through historical periods currently preserved.

- At the Museum, private collectors in the province contribute to further demonstrating the rich cultural traditions of the land and people of Ha Nam in the historical process of building and defending the country, enriching and diversifying the cultural identity of the Vietnamese people; raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and people in preserving and promoting the national cultural identity.

- Through exhibition activities, it is an opportunity for collectors to exchange, learn, and share professional expertise, honor the values ​​of antiques, thereby promoting the dissemination andeducation of cultural traditions in the present and future periods, while contributing to promoting cultural values ​​associated with tourism development...

2. Requirements

- The exhibition is organized to ensure solemnity, the content is carefully prepared, scientific, practical and effective.

- The selected images, documents and artifacts must be representative and consistent with the content of the exhibition. The exhibition must ensure technical and aesthetic standards in design and construction.

- Encourage and motivate organizations and individuals in the province who are preserving and conserving antiques and collecting antiques to respond and actively participate in the exhibition to promote and develop the value of antiques, creating a good impression and spreading it among the community and visitors.

- The display and preservation process must ensure absolute security and safety.

II. IMPLEMENTATION TASKS

1. Organizing agency: Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Nam.

2. Implementing unit: Provincial Museum.

3. Coordinating units: Ha Nam Journalists Association, Gitviet Company Limited; private collectors in Ha Nam province.

4. Opening time: June 19, 2025 (Expected).

5. Opening program

- Reception;

- Welcome performance (30 minutes);

- State the reason, introduce the delegates;

- Opening speech of the exhibition;

- Announce the Decision and award Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to collectives with achievements in protecting and promoting the value of national treasures and individuals participating in the exhibition "Quintessence of Ha Nam Antiquities";

- Ribbon cutting to open the exhibition;

- Invite delegates and the public to visit the galleries and experience images of national relics and treasures through 3D/360-degree technology.

+ Images, artifacts, documents on relics, traces, artifacts of Hoa Binh culture, Dong Son culture; Typical relics and artifacts worshiping generals of Hung Vuong period, Hai Ba Trung period, Dinh, Le, Ly, Tran, Le, Mac, Tay Son, Nguyen period... (focusing on typical relics that have been ranked as special national relics by the State, national relics, provincial relics and other typical relics).

Ha Nam during the revolutionary period and the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism: Focus on introducing typical revolutionary events and histories that marked the birth of Party organizations and revolutionary movements in Ha Nam. Displaying and introducing the general emulation movement of both production and fighting of the people of Ha Nam, building socialism in the North, fighting against the destructive war by the US imperialists' air force, building a great rear base in the North, supporting the Southern front to defeat the American invaders and unify the country.

Ha Nam in the period of innovation, integration and development: Focus on displaying and introducing outstanding achievements of 30 years of implementing the country's innovation in all areas of life: economy, politics, culture, society, national security and defense, Party building work, government, and mass organizations of the Party Committee and people of Ha Nam province.

Introducing some images, artifacts, and typical artifact collections of the Provincial Museum.

2.3. Thematic Exhibition Room "100 years of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism" and "Imprints of Ha Nam journalism in the process of construction and development"

The space displays, introduces and honors the 100-year history of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press; the imprints of the Ha Nam Press in the process of construction and development, helping journalists as well as cadres, party members and people understand more deeply and be proud of the history, traditions and achievements of the Vietnamese revolutionary press and the Ha Nam province revolutionary press.

2.4. Space for displaying images of national relics and treasures via 3D/360-degree technology

By using 360-degree images that provide detailed information, visitors can interact with treasures, change their perspective and explore 3D space naturally, creating a connection between visitors and cultural and historical values.

IV. PLACE AND TIME OF IMPLEMENTATION

1. Exhibition location: Ha Nam Provincial Museum (Ly Thai To Street, Le Hong Phong Ward, Phu Ly City).

2. . Implementation time:

- Develop plans, collect documents and images, create outlines and display layouts: March 24 - May 30, 2025;

- Exhibition construction : From June 2 - June 17, 2025;

- Exhibition opening date: June 19, 2025 (Expected);

- Open to visitors: From June 19 - July 15, 2025.

V. IMPLEMENTATION ORGANIZATION

1. Provincial Museum

- Assign the Provincial Museum to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and units to advise on the development of the exhibition outline and layout; develop the program, content, invitations, propaganda layout, celebration decorations; and the composition of delegates and guests attending the exhibition opening.

- Prepare well the conditions: stage, sound, reception, logistics for the opening of the exhibition.

- Proactively work and invite organizations and individuals with antiques to participate.

- Coordinate with relevant units to ensure security and order during the exhibition.

- Advise and organize well the propaganda and visual agitation work at the Museum, on main roads in the city; Propaganda on mass media about the exhibition activities for officials and people in the province to visit.

2. Proposal to Ha Nam Journalists Association

- Ha Nam Journalists Association prepares the exhibition content "100 years of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism" and "Imprints of Ha Nam Journalism in the process of construction and development", in coordination with the Provincial Museum to prepare conditions for organizing the exhibition.

- Coordinate with the Provincial Museum to develop the program, content, invitations, propaganda layouts, celebration decorations; the composition of delegates and guests attending the opening of the exhibition.

3. Department Office, Department of Culture and Family Management, Department of Information - Press - Publishing

Monitor, urge, summarize results and report to the Department's leaders on the progress of the Plan implementation; propose solutions to difficulties and problems arising and other tasks assigned by the Department's leaders. Coordinate in welcoming guests to the opening of the exhibition. Advise and coordinate propaganda work on media and social networking platforms.

4. Propose to the Department of Culture, Science and Information of districts, cities and towns

Coordinate with the Provincial Museum to promote and mobilize individuals and organizations in the area to participate in displaying the quintessence of Ha Nam province's antiques.

5. Request Gitviet Company Limited

Support 3D digital testing technology for some typical artifacts of the Museum and apply it to virtual displays, allowing viewers to experience images of artifacts and heritage on 3D machines at the opening ceremony and during the exhibition.
