Conclusion of violations at some land registration offices

On the afternoon of October 31, the Inspection Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held its 21st meeting for the 2020-2025 term. At the meeting, the Inspection Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office (LRO), 3 branch Party Committees and 5 related Party members.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the Party Cell of the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office had violated the Working Regulations. At the same time, there was a lack of inspection, supervision, and responsibility in leadership and direction, allowing many branches of the Land Registration Office to allow land donation, road construction, land division, and illegal transfers, violating land laws, affecting planning work and socio -economic development in the province; many cadres and party members of the Land Registration Office violated the regulations to the extent that disciplinary action was required.

In particular, the Party Committee of the Nha Trang City Land Registration Office violated working regulations; lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Nha Trang City Land Registration Office Branch to donate land, build roads, and divide plots in violation of regulations, violating land laws, lasting until September 2022, although the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee had previously issued documents to direct and direct land management.

The Party Committee of the Dien Khanh District Land Registration Office Branch and the Party Committee of the Natural Resources - Land Fund Development Center - Khanh Vinh District Land Registration Office Branch violated working regulations; lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Land Registration Office Branches in these two localities to carry out land division in violation of regulations, violating land laws. In particular, the Party Committee of the Natural Resources - Land Fund Development Center - Khanh Vinh District Land Registration Office Branch also lacked inspection, supervision, and management of party members, allowing corruption to occur in the Party Committee.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office Party Committee, Nha Trang City Land Registration Office Party Committee with a reprimand; requesting the Dien Khanh District Land Registration Office Party Committee and the Resources - Land Fund Development Center Party Committee - Khanh Vinh District Land Registration Office Branch to seriously review and learn from experience.

Regarding individuals, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of reprimand to warning on a number of key leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Registration Office and a number of affiliated offices.
