Connecting tourism between Nghe An - Thai Nguyen and the Northern provinces

In order to promote and introduce the tourism potential and services of Nghe An to a large number of tourists in the North, on May 30, at May Plaza Hotel (Thai Nguyen City), Nghe An Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center coordinated with Thai Nguyen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a conference to promote and connect tourism between Nghe An - Thai Nguyen and the Northern provinces and cities in 2024. Attending were representatives of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Vietnam Tourism Association; more than 200 delegates from agencies, units, businesses, and press of the Northern provinces and cities.

The conference introduced the sample tour “Journey to the source - Nghe An province of affection” including tours to explore culture and historical sites, including the special National Historical Site - the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh; experiences of eco-tourism and community tourism; exploring the beaches of Cua Lo, Bai Lu, Quynh Phuong, Quynh Lap, Dien Thanh; local cuisine ; experiencing the life of fishermen in the coastal area. Experience the world-class VinWonders Cua Hoi amusement park and many other exciting experiences.

Comrade Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , spoke at the Conference.

Within the framework of the Program, Nghe An province's enterprises will participate in introducing their products and services, such as traditional tours and new and unique tourism experiences; organizing a space to introduce Nghe An tourism, a space for transactions between enterprises of the Northern provinces; promoting the "Sen Tourism and Culinary Festival 2024" scheduled to be held in the third quarter of this year.

Representatives of provincial tourism associations signed cooperation.

On this occasion, Nghe An Tourism Association; Thai Nguyen Tourism Association and UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club signed a cooperation agreement on tourism development. Accordingly, Nghe An and Thai Nguyen provinces will strengthen tourism promotion activities; organize promotional activities, stimulate tourism demand; exchange information, share services for tourists to create strong links between tourism businesses of the two provinces.
