
Entering the fifth season with the theme “Danang delicacies in international integration”, with 16 official teams from leading hotels, resorts and culinary service establishments in the region participating in the competition. The event continues to affirm its position as a prestigious and large-scale event in the field of cuisine and tourism with more than 1,000 delegates attending.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Chairman of the Danang Hotel Association, representing the Organizing Committee, said: After five seasons, the Danang Professional Chef Competition has become a symbol of passion, creativity and integration.

The event not only honors the talents of chefs but also demonstrates the constant efforts of the culinary community in Da Nang in particular and Vietnam in general in improving skills, preserving national identity and moving towards international standards.
The competition is not only an opportunity to honor culinary talents, but also a starting point for new cooperation, creative ideas and sustainable development orientation for the Vietnamese Tourism - Hotel - Cuisine industry in the future.
In particular, the highlight of this year's season is the expansion of scale and regional exchange, with the participation of teams from neighboring localities such as Hue city, Quang Tri... contributing to enriching the culinary identity of the central region and affirming the increasingly strong influence of the event on a regional scale.

Accompanying the teams this year are leading experts in the domestic and international culinary and culinary industries.
Within the framework of the program, the Hotel Industry Strategy Workshop took place with the participation of many leading experts, managers and representatives of leading hotel and resort brands in Vietnam.
