Opening of the Fair to promote trade, tourism and culture in Bac Tu Liem district

With 100 booths, the fair attracted more than 100 units and businesses from 32 provinces and cities nationwide and traditional craft villages in Hanoi .

At the fair, businesses display and introduce typical products, local specialties, processed agricultural products, consumer goods, household goods, handicrafts, etc. as well as promote the image of culture and tourist attractions of Hanoi and other provinces.

Talking about the benefits that the fair brings to the provinces and cities in promoting trade and tourism, Director of Quang Ninh Department of Tourism Nguyen Huyen Anh shared: through participating in the fair, the tourism industry of Quang Ninh province has more opportunities to promote tourist attractions and services to tourists, at the same time connecting and exchanging customers between Quang Ninh with Hanoi and the provinces and cities in the Northern region.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District Nguyen Huu Tuyen said: This is a good opportunity to introduce the potential strengths and typical products of the localities. At the same time, it is a bridge for production and business units to connect with consumers, carrying out the task of stimulating domestic consumption.

“These activities will bring unforgettable experiences and impressions to the people and tourists who come to visit the Fair. At the same time, they will provide practical and effective support to businesses as well as serve and meet the consumption needs of the people,” emphasized Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Tu Liem District Nguyen Huu Tuyen.

The event aims to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day October 13, taking place until September 29, 2024.
