This is an annual program of VINASA to promote digital transformation and technology transformation for the business community, especially small and medium enterprises. In addition to introducing AI technology products/solutions, Biztech 2025 also focuses on providing AI skills guidance to help individuals and businesses quickly access the trend of applying AI Agents.
Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, Chairman of VINASA, Head of the Organizing Committee, shared: “Never before have science and technology and digital transformation been placed at the center of the national development strategy like today. VINASA has just invited 2,000 delegates, more than 100 leaders of agencies, businesses, domestic and international experts to Hanoi, to discuss science and technology development and innovation. In particular, focusing on digital transformation, technology transformation, innovation in businesses and business households. In fact, digital technology businesses in Vietnam are making constant efforts to research, develop, master strategic technologies, and serve customers.”
Gartner reports that 80% of large global enterprises have integrated AI into their digital transformation strategies, with AI Agents helping to increase productivity by 30% and reduce operating costs by 15%-20%. McKinsey predicts that AI Agents will contribute $4.4 trillion to global productivity growth, with applications ranging from automation to predictive analytics.
According to the Organizing Committee, Vietnam has also identified AI as one of the strategic technologies to focus on developing, quickly forming a relatively complete AI development ecosystem, from infrastructure providers such as Viettel, CMC , VNPT or most recently FPT's AI Factory, businesses are building AI platforms and solutions to solve problems in business operations.
Many Vietnamese businesses have focused on using AI technology in marketing communications, customer experience care, human resource management, sales, etc. Not only integrating AI (Embedded AI) into products, tools from AI Native are becoming popular, including AI solutions designed and developed from the beginning.
