On the afternoon of May 29, the 2024 Civil Service Recruitment Council of the Party, Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations and the Ha Nam Provincial Government held the opening ceremony of the 2024 civil service recruitment exam.
Attending and delivering the opening speech of the exam were comrade Nguyen Duc Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Council in 2024. Also attending were comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Department of Home Affairs; Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of the Recruitment Council; Exam Supervisory Board; leaders of Department PA03, Provincial Police.
In this year's civil servant recruitment exam, the Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Council received 107 civil servant recruitment exam registration forms that met the exam requirements. Of which, the Party, Fatherland Front , and socio-political organizations had 64/40 recruitment targets; the government had 41/17 recruitment targets. Recruitment positions are classified into 18 specialized groups. The exam took place over 2 days, June 1 and June 8, 2024.
Candidates will go through two rounds of examination. Round 1: Multiple choice test on computer with 02 tests: General Knowledge and Foreign Language. Round 2: Professional examination in the form of an interview to assess the knowledge, skills, qualifications and abilities of the candidates. The recruitment council has prepared the best conditions for the examination to take place seriously, objectively, fairly, democratically and qualitatively.
In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servants Recruitment Council Nguyen Duc Vuong emphasized: Civil servant recruitment is the basis for searching and selecting candidates with sufficient qualities, professional expertise, and training appropriate to the requirements of the job positions to be recruited, which is the key step and premise for developing and improving the quality of human resources in the province. Therefore, members of the recruitment council, the Examination Board, and the Examination Supervisory Board must perform their assigned tasks well, ensuring that the exam takes place in accordance with regulations, safely, seriously, honestly, objectively and fairly. At the same time, candidates participating in the exam must strictly follow the rules and regulations, be calm and confident in completing their exam well.
