Concretize and synchronously and effectively implement the key contents of the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress, the resolutions of women's congresses at all levels, especially the task of participating in building the Party and the political system, focusing on monitoring, social criticism, and mobilizing society to implement gender equality, associated with promoting the application of information technology in the direction, operation and comprehensive digital transformation of the Union's activities. Strengthen propaganda and education on political ideology, revolutionary traditions, national history and good cultural values ​​of Vietnamese women. Continue to pay attention to grasping the ideological situation and life of members, women and people, especially in the context of restructuring the apparatus. Actively participate in contributing opinions to documents of Party Congresses at all levels; promptly speak up, intervene, and participate in resolving cases related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women and children. Actively advise Party Committees and coordinate with authorities at all levels to propose, discover, introduce, and create sources of female cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige, and prepare female personnel to participate in Party Congresses at all levels and run for election as deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
