The highlight of the ceremony was a large-scale art program with the theme "Monument in millions of hearts", elaborately staged by veteran artists such as People's Artist Cong Bay (Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work - Ministry of Public Security), People's Artist Huu Tu and People's Artist An Ninh.

The program also has the participation of many famous artists with performances in many rich forms such as singing and dancing, folk music drama, modern theater. Not only with the participation of professional artists, the program also brings together the Drum Art Troupe of the People's Police Academy, the Police Ceremony Troupe, mass art troupes, folk artists of Nghe An province and hundreds of students of Nam Dan district... creating a vivid, profound cultural picture, imbued with national identity.

With careful investment, the gathering of talented artists and sacred affection towards President Ho Chi Minh, the opening night of the 2025 Lotus Village Festival became an unforgettable artistic mark in the hearts of the public.

Also on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, towards the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Security Day, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the People's Committee of Nghe An province to organize the inauguration ceremony of the "Uncle Ho visits his hometown" monument in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho.

The monument "Uncle Ho visits his hometown" is located at Lang Sen Stadium, Kim Lien Commune, where Uncle Ho met and talked intimately with his hometown people during his two visits to his hometown.
The statue is cast in bronze using modern hydraulic pressing technology, 7.9m high, the base is 0.4m, the pedestal is 2.25m high, bringing the total height of the structure to more than 10m. The entire structure is elaborately completed, meeting high technical and aesthetic requirements, while ensuring its value will last over time.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, said that the statue of Uncle Ho visiting his hometown is located in Sen Village, Kim Lien Commune, where Uncle Ho had met and talked intimately with his hometown people twice during his visit to his hometown.
The Deputy Minister emphasized that throughout his revolutionary activities, President Ho Chi Minh always had special affection and thoughtful teachings for the People's Public Security Forces. He left the People's Public Security Forces an invaluable legacy of profound theoretical and practical significance, typically "Six teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security Forces". This is a guideline for action, a strong driving force for generations of People's Public Security officers and soldiers to continue to make efforts and be determined to strive to excellently complete all tasks assigned by the Party and the State.

The project is not simply a cultural and artistic work, the monument is also a sacred symbol, expressing the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", the deep gratitude of the People's Public Security force and the people of the whole country to the beloved leader of the nation.
