Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism delivered the opening speech.

World Children's Day is an annual activity of profound significance, not only creating a useful playground for children during the summer but also a cultural and educational space rich in humanity, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party, State and the whole society for the young generation.

This year , the Festival is held from May 29 to June 2, bringing a lively and creative cultural and artistic space, combining tradition and modernity, with many rich activities such as: Photo exhibition "President Ho Chi Minh with teenagers and children", photo cluster "Children - Kindergarten of the country", special art programs and a series of experiential activities, life skills education, safety skills...

This is not only a playground, but also a gentle, familiar and practical lesson. Children learn how to handle situations when there is a fire, play the role of a brave firefighter, create beautiful handicrafts, try being a circus performer, painter, potter, or transform into fairy tale characters through puppetry. That is how we sow the green seeds of creativity, responsibility and love of work in children's minds.

From these experiences, children not only practice observation, creativity, and communication skills, but also nurture and shape their personalities, awaken their dreams and aspirations for a beautiful life from an early age. These are valuable provisions for them to confidently walk on their journey to adulthood.

In particular, through today's photo exhibition , we are more deeply moved and proud of the immense love that beloved President Ho Chi Minh had for children.

Through this Festival, children will have more interesting experiences, beautiful memories, and most of all, more motivation to practice, study, and follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, worthy of being good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Two famous artists: People's Artist Xuan Bac and People's Artist Tu Long participated in the exchange at the Festival.

In today's opening ceremony, the children also had the chance to interact with two famous artists: People's Artist Xuan Bac and People's Artist Tu Long, enjoy the unique art of puppetry - opening a series of exciting programs such as: Circus performances , puppetry, children's music nights ...

At the festival, children enjoyed the performances: “Co lau tap troupe” by artists and actors of Ninh Binh Cheo Theater; puppetry by Vietnam National Puppetry Theater; children’s medley performed by Central artists and actors and children of Ninh Binh Province Children’s Art Club ; artistic exchange with idols People’s Artist Xuan Bac and People’s Artist Tu Long.
