At Bac Cuong Secondary School, attendance, test scores, and student evaluations are continuously updated on the system, ensuring objectivity and fairness; in addition, teachers and parents also clearly understand students' abilities and limitations to have appropriate orientation.

Teacher Nguyen Lan Anh, Bac Cuong Secondary School, Lao Cai City said: "All of the school's management systems such as lesson plans, homeroom books and report books are supported by the system, so the working process is easier. This way of working is also very scientific, ensuring that teachers do not make mistakes; at the same time, teachers are also closely managed by the school's Board of Directors, the Departmentof Education and Training as well as the Department of Education and Training".

Applying technology to teaching helps improve the quality of lessons and makes teacher management more convenient.

Focusing on digital transformation in both management and professional activities, Bac Cuong Secondary School is currently applying a series of shared software such as VnEdu, a subsystem of the smart education system; software for managing civil servants, public employees, popularization, and financial management MISA EMIS... to help the school reduce human resources and improve management and operation efficiency.

"This software helps teachers innovate teaching methods, innovate testing and evaluation activities, apply them in teaching, create excitement for students and manage the teaching program; at the same time, contribute to accurately managing the school's assets and finances," added Mr. Nguyen Xuan Huong, Principal of Bac Cuong Secondary School, Lao Cai city.

Technology contributes to making the learning environment more modern, integrated and effective.

With strong investment in technology and infrastructure, Lao Cai education sector has been promoting the exploitation and application of digital data. This is the foundation for creating breakthroughs in management and teaching, gradually improving the quality of education and innovation.

"With this data, it is completely possible to incorporate artificial intelligence or virtual assistants to assist students and people in accessing education more conveniently. When there is data, teachers have more information to analyze and evaluate students' abilities, thereby providing more accurate career advice and guidance to students," said Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province.

Exploiting and applying digital data also helps Lao Cai's education sector identify more clearly the gaps in education quality between localities in the province, thereby having timely support policies and improving learning opportunities for students in disadvantaged areas.
