Hue City is striving to build a modern, transparent and approachable government, where all citizens, regardless of where they are, can access public services easily and conveniently. The model is the first step to realizing the vision of a city without administrative barriers, where all administrative procedures are resolved quickly, publicly and effectively.

The model of Guidance Points, Receiving Documents and Returning Results of Administrative Procedures regardless of administrative boundaries is deployed at 9 post office service points, allowing people to submit administrative procedures at post office reception points, regardless of their place of residence or place of household registration.
This means that people in cities, districts and communes can easily access public services at the nearest and most convenient location. These 9 reception points will directly receive, guide, digitize records, return results and support people to look up and register administrative procedures quickly and effectively.

Handling records and administrative procedures in a direction that is not dependent on administrative boundaries in Hue city brings many practical benefits to people, businesses and agencies and units such as: Saving time, travel costs, simplifying procedures, reducing paperwork, improving service quality, increasing satisfaction, promoting digital transformation, forming digital citizens and digital businesses.
Hue City Post Office also deployed a system of 136 public service agency points established in all wards, communes and towns, on the basis of promoting the effectiveness of the existing network of Commune Cultural Post Office points.
