It is expected that 8 public investment projects in Hai Duong will be completed and put into operation in May.

Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Phase II is expected to be completed and put into use in May 2025.

These are the projects: Upgrading provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge (Thanh Ha); Upgrading and expanding provincial road 391 from Hai Duong city to the East-West axis of the province; Investing in the construction of Hai Duong Obstetrics Hospital phase II; Upgrading and embellishing the lighting system, art lighting, trees, sidewalks on Truong Chinh street, Vo Nguyen Giap avenue in Hai Duong city and Gia Loc district; Repairing and renovating Chu Dau pumping station (Nam Sach); Repairing and renovating Ngoc Tri pumping station (Nam Sach); Repairing and renovating Van Thang pumping station (Chi Linh city); Upgrading and renovating local dike works in Hai Duong province in the period of 2021-2025.

All projects are invested by Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Since the beginning of the year, the province has completed 9 projects put into use and is carrying out acceptance and handover procedures, including: Renovation and upgrading of provincial road 391, section km24+600 to km28+400; Investment in the construction of a 3-storey classroom building with 15 rooms, Ninh Giang High School; Construction of the Thunder Monument on Road 5 (Kim Thanh); Investment in the construction of a new treatment house for mental illness and the elderly, Hai Duong Mental Hospital; Renovation and repair of Hai Duong Lung Hospital; Repair and renovation of Hai Duong Newspaper headquarters; Investment in the construction of a 3-storey subject classroom building at Tue Tinh High School (Cam Giang); Handling dike incidents in Nam Sach and Thanh Ha districts.

In 2025, the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board was assigned to disburse more than VND 5,091 billion to implement 65 projects . By May 16, the unit had disbursed nearly VND 1,300 billion in public investment capital, reaching 25.5% of the capital plan assigned in 2025; it is expected that by the end of May, it will disburse more than VND 1,609 billion, reaching 31.6%.
