Medical examination, medicine and Tet gifts for Hre people in Quang Ngai

On the afternoon of January 13, at Ba To Town (Ba To District, Quang Ngai), the Propaganda Department of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Da Nang City Young Doctors Association, Da Nang Hospital, Voice of Vietnam Radio and other units to organize medical examinations, provide free medicine and give Tet gifts to the Hre people in the communes of Ba Dong, Ba Cung, Ba Bich, Ba Xa and Ba To Town.

Accordingly, more than 50 experienced doctors and nurses examined, consulted, and provided free medicine to 500 people from poor households, near-poor households, policy households, ethnic minority households, and households in difficult circumstances... in Ba To district.

In addition to medical examinations, the delegation also gave the Hre people in Ba To district essential medicines such as: pain relievers, fever reducers, drugs to treat joint conditions, anti-allergy drugs, laxatives, eye drops, nose drops...

Hand deliver medicine to people

Here, the delegation also presented 500 Tet gifts (worth 200,000 VND/gift) to the poor in Ba To District. In addition, the delegation also went to the mountainous commune of Ba Xa to present 100 more gifts (including 500,000 VND in cash and 1 Tet gift bag) to 100 poor and extremely disadvantaged households.

The total value of this medical examination, free medicine and Tet gifts for people in Ba To district is about 500 million VND.
