Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh said: "As soon as we received information about storm No. 5, the Department requested educational institutions to proactively develop prevention and control plans. After the storm, we sent working groups to the grassroots to inspect and direct the recovery work. The sector also directed units to regularly monitor and grasp the situation of floods and the risk of flash floods and landslides, and inform all cadres, teachers, staff and students to proactively prevent in a timely manner. When safety is ensured, students will be notified to return to school as planned."

After the storm, difficulties still abound, but with the spirit of initiative, responsibility and the cooperation of the whole community, the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training is gradually overcoming difficulties, making efforts to overcome the consequences, and preparing schools and classrooms to ensure the new school year.
