Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Transport Works and Rural Development (Investor of Component Project 3) to proactively coordinate with the People's Committees of the districts: Krong Pac, Cu Kuin, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction to review and urgently complete the work under the authority of the unit regarding the site clearance contents in some locations that have not been handed over, which may affect the progress of project implementation.

Direct construction contractors and supervision consultants to urgently review and increase human resources, construction machinery and equipment, and financial resources to organize construction in "3 shifts, 4 crews", promptly complete 6 bridges that have not yet been launched, complete 3 remaining rock excavation positions at Km83+00, Km87+150, Km97+900; proactively produce traffic safety materials and components; study investment plans for rest stops to complete the project on schedule and according to the plan.

In case of exceeding authority, clearly report the cause and legality, propose competent authority to consider, decide, and ensure synchronous exploitation of the project according to the Prime Minister's request (to be completed before August 30, 2025).

Proactively contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction and related departments, branches, local authorities, and construction contractors to soon agree on the return and handover of the project's temporary landfill.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the People's Committee of Krong Pac district and the People's Committee of Cu Kuin district to urgently direct relevant agencies and units to urgently speed up the site clearance work for the area where the first site clearance piles have been handed over and to speed up the counting and extracting work to soon approve and reclaim land for an area of ​​10 hectares (due to design adjustments and supplements) to hand over to the contractor; urgently complete the relocation of residential power lines and 500kV power lines so as not to affect the progress of Component Project 3.
