With the theme "Vietnamese children firmly step into the new era", the 10th National Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children - 2025 took place from May 13 to 15 in Hanoi with the participation of 500 delegates who are team members and children with outstanding achievements from provinces and cities across the country. Ha Nam has 7 children delegates attending the congress. These are children with many outstanding achievements in the movement "Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" in the period of 2020 - 2025.

The commendation program will take place at Ho Guom Theater on the morning of May 15 and will be broadcast live on the community pages of the Central Youth Union Portal, the Central Council of Young Pioneers and the Vietnam Youth application. Within the framework of the program, there will be a ceremony to award the Kim Dong Award for the 2024-2025 school year; report achievements and visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; visit the Presidential Palace Relic Site, Ho Chi Minh Museum; participate in sightseeing and experience activities at the Vietnam Military History Museum.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, gave a speech to encourage the children.

The National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress is an important event, a big festival of Vietnamese children held every 5 years to honor children with outstanding achievements in studying, training, and emulating to well implement the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho to teenagers and children.

This is also an occasion to show the care and concern of the Party, the State, all levels, sectors and the whole society for the young generation of the country. At the same time, it is a major activity of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers and Vietnamese children to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Speaking to encourage the children, Comrade Nguyen Duc Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, emphasized: Being able to attend the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress - 2025 is a great honor for the children. With this honor and responsibility, he hopes that the children will strictly follow the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee; actively participate in activities, boldly exchange and learn from experiences.

Delegates gave gifts to encourage the children.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission congratulated and presented gifts to the province's child delegates attending the National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee - Provincial Pioneer Council to take good care of and ensure the safety of the children during their attendance at the congress.
