According to the report, implementing the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and supporting the improvement of housing for households with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs, Kim Bang town has 17 poor and near-poor households in need of support (14 households for new construction, 3 households for repair); 33 households for meritorious services and relatives of martyrs (22 households for new construction, 11 households for repair). The capital for implementing the program in the town is supported by the Central and the province with 4.02 billion VND; the funding source from the funds (gratitude fund, for the poor, Agent Orange) of the town is 283 million VND. In addition, the town and some localities have mobilized more than 450 million VND, 200 tons of cement, 500 m3 of crushed stone, etc.
