On the morning of April 21, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Cat District (Binh Dinh) confirmed that one of the two fighting videos circulating on social media occurred in Cat Khanh Commune (Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province). Cat Khanh Commune Police have stepped in to verify the incident.
The clip shows a female student holding a helmet and hitting another female student in an empty lot. Then, a female student wearing a red shirt and the female student repeatedly grabbed the girl’s head and kicked her, causing her to fall to the ground clutching her head. When the incident happened, many students stood by and watched, recording the clip, but did not intervene.

The information of the person wearing the red shirt who participated in the beating is unknown. The student who was beaten is a student in Cat Thanh commune, living in My Thanh commune (Phu My district, Binh Dinh province).
Phu Cat district leaders requested the police force to quickly invite relevant people to verify and clarify according to educational measures; clearly understand whether the information is spontaneous or genuine, which schools the students belong to; request the authorities to issue a general document to rectify the above situation in all schools and all levels of education to avoid school violence.
"Filming and posting it on social media is promoting violence and must be corrected immediately," said Mr. Hung.
Previously, on April 20, social networks also spread a clip that occurred at an empty lot, in the new An Nhon market area (Binh Dinh ward, An Nhon town).
In the clip, an 8th grade female student at Binh Dinh Secondary School (An Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province) was beaten by a group of friends and subjected to obscene and threatening words.
