The Provincial Party Standing Committee appointed comrade Ho Xuan Truong (Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee) to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Agencies; comrade Tran Thu Mai (Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee) to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Agencies; comrade Trinh Van Mo and comrade Nguyen Trong Cap to hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Agencies for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 32 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee consists of 10 comrades. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan (Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee) to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; Comrade Nguyen Long Bien (Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee) to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Comrade Luu Xuan Hai to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh stated that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee are the two core Party Committees and backbones of the Provincial Party Committee in the process of leading the Party building, socio -economic development, security and defense of the locality. Therefore, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee need to build solidarity and unity, improve leadership capacity, and build a clean, strong, and comprehensively excellent Party Committee.
On the basis of the resolution and action plan to implement the resolution of the Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Executive Committees of the two Party Committees need to urgently review and promulgate action plans and work plans for the term and each year; on that basis, lead and direct the good implementation of assigned tasks.
The Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee proposed that the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee continue to innovate the content and methods of leadership and direction in Party building organization with the viewpoint of "concentrated form, practical content, drastic action, and substantial effectiveness". Accordingly, the two Party Committees pay attention to leadership and direction in line with the goals, targets, and tasks set out in the resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, innovate and improve the quality of Party Committee activities and activities of affiliated Party cells...; strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
