Thereby contributing to making the special national historical relic of the Central Office of the South a favorite destination for the people of the whole country in general and Tay Ninh in particular, a red address for educating revolutionary traditions for the young generation.

The historical relic of the Southern Central Bureau Base has special value. In 15 years (1961 - 1975), the Southern Central Bureau concretized many policies and decisions of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh into the practical revolution in the South, thereby giving birth to many Directives and Resolutions deciding the strategic direction of the Southern revolution and successfully implementing them throughout the entire Southern battlefield.
The Southern Central Bureau Base became the capital of the Southern revolution, where remains are evidences and memories of the extremely arduous, sacrificial, but very proud revolutionary life of many senior Party leaders and many cadres and soldiers in the resistance war against the US to save the country.
The relic not only has special value for traditional education, but is also an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists, especially for the young generations of Vietnam. With the special values of the relic, on May 10, 2012, the Prime Minister decided to rank the Southern Central Bureau Base Historical Relic as a special national relic.
On this occasion, Minister Luong Tam Quang and the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the Heroes and Martyrs at the Hill 82 National Martyrs Cemetery; the Southern Central Security Department Martyrs Cemetery; and the Southern Central Security Department historical and cultural relic site (Tan Bien district, Tay Ninh).
