The first Social Housing and Employment Consultation Day in 2025 organized by the City Labor Federation will take place from December 5-7 at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hai Phong city.

Held for the first time after the merger of Hai Phong city and Hai Duong province, the festival creates a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to job creation, supporting access to social housing, improving the material and spiritual life of union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the city. Expanding the multi-dimensional connection space between management agencies, trade union organizations, businesses and social housing investors, towards the goal of "Settling down to make a living".

The festival is expected to gather 120 - 130 booths of many businesses and consulting units, introducing labor recruitment needs, welfare regimes of units and businesses; consulting and introducing completed and under-construction social housing projects; open-sale housing funds; registration process, procedures for purchasing social housing; support for low-interest loans for union members and workers...

The festival has many programs such as: talk show "Touching the dream: Housing within reach - Jobs within reach"; seminar on answering questions about social housing policies; blood donation program "Red drops of love"; Dance festival "New era workers"; propaganda of the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law; festival of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace Clubs; free health screening activities for union members and workers.
