Closing the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City Children's Football Festival

Ho Chi Minh City Children's Football Festival 2025 ended in excitement.

The playground brings together 32 teams, 76 matches and four competing groups, creating an emotional picture of city school football.

In the Champions A category, Nguyen Van Luong Primary School continued to assert its position when successfully defending the championship with a 2-1 victory over Phu Hoa 3. The duo Le Trinh Minh Tuan and captain To Vi Anh again became the center of attention, playing a decisive role in the journey to the championship.

Champions B saw a convincing performance from Tay Bac Lan Primary School with a 2-0 victory over Le Van Tam. In Champions C, Ngo Quyen defeated Tan Thanh 4-1, while Vo Truong Toan won a thrilling 1-0 victory over Lac Long Quan to take the title in Champions D.

The individual awards continued to bear the clear mark of Nguyen Van Luong: Minh Tuan received the Golden Boot with 14 goals, while captain Vi Anh was voted the Best Player. The title of Best Goalkeeper belonged to Phan Khanh Thinh Phat (Phu Hoa 3), while the only female player in the award – Nguyen Ngoc Kim Anh – was awarded the Impressive award.

The organizers said that from 2026, the tournament will expand to Binh Duong , Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dak Lak and Da Nang, aiming to build a wider and more sustainable school football ecosystem.
