After that, I got married and changed my economic direction, growing more than 1 sao of green vegetables and raising chickens. Not only Mr. Dao and Ms. Ha, but many other young graduates are learning how to live slowly, learning knowledge and improving farming and livestock techniques, sowing the belief in finding a new path in the fields of their hometown. Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nha Bich Commune, said: After graduating from university, some students found stable jobs, some returned to their hometowns to continue their family's economic career. Currently, they all have stable lives, but most of them still want to contribute to the specialized fields they have studied.

These graduates are not lacking in determination, but they are stuck between expectations and the reality of recruitment needs. Faced with such uncertainties, young people gradually turn difficulties into opportunities. They not only support themselves but also affirm that no matter what job they do, where they are, as long as they have the will, they can still develop in their homeland.
