The Hoang Quy Cong clan in Hoa Lac village (Quang Loi commune) has over 250 households, with nearly 750 people. In recent years, with the encouragement of the government, organizations and families, young people of the Hoang Quy Cong clan have actively participated in strictly implementing the Law on Military Service with the goal of contributing to building and defending the Fatherland.
To promote the family tradition, after launching the model "The family has no one violating the Law on Military Service", the branches and factions of the Hoang Quy Cong family signed a competition agreement to implement and comply with the Law on Military Service. From the above bright spot, Quang Dien district continues to strengthen the disseminationand education of the law on military service for youth union members, especially young people of military age. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness, consciousness and responsibility of young people in performing military service; especially implementing the Law on Military Service in conjunction with the Convention on building "Cultural villages and residential groups" and "Cultural families".
Mr. Hoang Cuong, Head of the Hoang Quy Cong clan, shared: “This model launching ceremony will help our clan be “stronger” in the matter of encouraging our children to join the army. Through this ceremony, we are confident that the children in the clan will be more aware and responsible in performing their annual military and police service.”
Young man Hoang Tan said that as a descendant of the Hoang family, he is very proud to be the first family to implement the above meaningful model. As young people of the new era, Tan and the young people in the family will always be aware and responsible for implementing the Law on Military Service; if they join the army, they will always strive to fulfill their duty of protecting the Fatherland.
According to information from the Military Command of Quang Dien district, promoting the heroic revolutionary tradition of Quang Dien homeland, in recent years, the locality has always been a bright spot, the leading flag of the province in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army; recognized, commended and rewarded by the Provincial People's Committee. In particular, the Hoang Quy Cong clan in Hoa Lac village (Quang Loi commune) is one of the typical clans; always actively mobilizing and educating their children to participate in military service in accordance with the provisions of law.
Lieutenant Colonel Ho Van Thin, Political Commissar of the Quang Dien District Military Command, said that the launching ceremony of the model "A family with no one violating the Law on Military Service" is one of the activities to concretize the implementation of the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee (term XIII) on the strategy of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation. Through the model, the role of village elders, clan leaders, and clan leaders has been enhanced in propagating and encouraging descendants in the family to strictly comply with the Law on Military Service and strictly implement the State's laws, regulations on the selection and calling of citizens to join the army in 2024 and the following years.
The launch of the model “A clan with no one violating the Law on Military Service” has demonstrated the important role of clans and families in educating and orienting citizens on their obligations and responsibilities in building a national defense and protecting the Fatherland. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to replicate the model in the coming time to diversify forms of propaganda and mobilize young people to comply with and implement the Law on Military Service.
