On the evening of November 16, the closing Gala of the Green Vietnam 2025 festival organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper in collaboration with the Department of Climate Change (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment), the Vietnam Packaging Recycling Alliance (PRO Vietnam) and many accompanying units officially ended.
The Green Vietnam Day 2025 with the theme “Promoting green consumption” honored practical initiatives and strong commitments from the community to businesses for a sustainable Vietnam.

The Organizing Committee awarded 10 prizes for "Viral Entries"
Speaking at the event, Journalist Tran Xuan Toan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee - emphasized: "The enthusiastic response of young people, people and businesses in the past two days has shown that green consumption is no longer a vague concept. It has become a choice, a priority. We are proud to see green solutions being shared, experienced and spread."
One of the important highlights of the Gala night was the award ceremony of the “Green Living Challenge” contest. This is a key activity launched 6 months ago, aiming to find and honor practical and highly applicable green consumption ideas and actions .
From more than 200 entries, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 "Influential Entry" prizes, 10 Consolation prizes, 3 Third prizes, and 2 Second prizes . The overall First Prize went to author Ho Thi Thu Thuy with the entry "Tiny habits to be greener every day".
